CLIENT: IMSS CLINIC
LOCATION: San Luis Potosí.
PRIMARY BUSINESS: MEXICAN INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SECURITY
The problem facing the IMSS Clinic in San Luis Potosí was that in the event of power outages, it was not feasible to wait for the power plant to begin generating electricity. Therefore, it was necessary to be able to rely on equipment of the highest quality to back up the extremely sensitive medical and laboratory equipment and protect it against voltage fluctuation.
It was recommended that they use Industronic brand UPSs with the goal of completely eliminating any wait time for power generation in the event of blackouts, thus keeping the clinic operational and protecting the medical equipment.
